Ordering

On Vinyl uses New Zealand Post for all deliveries. Orders will be sent with tracking and must be signed for. You can you choose to change the delivery location and accept without signature via NZ Post’s website. Granting authority to leave without a signature is at your own risk. If New Zealand Post cannot make delivery and obtain a signature, they will take your order to the local post office. Leaving a calling card for you.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a notification of dispatch email with the tracking number.

It is your responsibility to check your tracking and advise us immediately of any parcel stated as delivered which you have not received, or of any parcel which appears to have any significant delivery delay past what has been notified by New Zealand Post on their tracking page for your delivery. You must notify us within a maximum of 30 days after dispatch date if you have not yet received your order.

Change Of Address

Please note we will not change the address on any order placed using Paypal as a payment method.  If you want to change your address where you used other payment method some restrictions apply, please contact us to confirm prior to your order being shipped.
