Refund policy
All sales from onvinyl.co.nz are final. However, if an item is defective, we will do our best to replace it. As many of the items are limited and rare, replacement may not be possible. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund. Please contact us via info@onvinyl.co.nz to discuss options.
In cases of exchanges for defects, we will send the replacement piece(s) once we have received the original item back to us. There will not be a shipping charge for this exchange.
All items must be in the same condition as shipped to you and show no signs of further use. They must be returned in packaging as shipped to you.
If you refuse delivery of an item purchased at www.onvinyl.co.nz, all charges shall be your responsibility and On Vinyl may charge you for any additional charges.
If purchases are not delivered to you due to a mistake on On Vinyl’s part, we will completely refund you or send the item to you again without extra charge where the item is still available, whichever you prefer.
Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After that date, please contact us to discuss further.
In rare cases On Vinyl may offer the option to return an item which is not defective. In this case you shall be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Credits or refunds will be issued to you for the original purchase price after the item(s) are received and processed by On Vinyl.
