 Released in 1970, Scott Walker’s 'Til The Band Comes In is a transitional, often overlooked album mixing original chamber pop with MOR covers. Side one features ambitious new compositions about apartment life, while side two contains covers forced by his label. Though it failed to chart initially, it’s now seen as a "lost" classic bridging his early baroque style and later avant-garde work.
